Administrator Console

The C3 Administrator Console is the control center for all agent activities and the C3 system. From this console, the Administrator enables/disables lists and campaigns, controls dialer pacing, provides daily statistics and produces real-time reports. The Administrator Console is an integrated set of utilities created for designing campaigns, maintaining agents, importing of data and comprehensive list management. Your Supervisors and Managers have control over all major control points of the C3 system from this console and can assist your agent be productive.
